Celebrating our first million users!

We are very excited to announce that CareMessage has acquired its one millionth patient!

When we launched the first version of our product in October 2013, we had hoped to help connect low income patients and healthcare providers. In the last year, we have seen some exciting growth for both patients as well as messages exchanged between patients and providers. For instance, in January our patients and providers exchanged their one millionth message, and since then have grown to exchanging a million monthly messages!

This is just the first step in our goal to build better connections between healthcare providers and the underserved. In the last year, our partners have continuously shown decreases in no-show rates, improvements in patient follow ups, increased clinical efficiency, and improvements in clinical outcomes. We are currently serving over 200 partners in 36 states across the United States and hope to keep expanding our reach.

Getting to the first million patients was not an easy task and we’d like to thank everyone that has made this possible.
