CareMessage Partners with CPCA to Support FQHCs in California

CareMessage is excited to announce a renewed partnership with the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), as their Affinity Partner for patient engagement.
As the largest patient engagement platform for underserved populations in the United States, CareMessage now supports 30+ community health centers in California to leverage messaging to increase vaccine confidence, fill critical care gaps, reduce no-show rates, and more. During COVID-19, we’ve seen CMLight, our free donor-funded COVID-19 messaging platform, help urban health centers in Los Angeles address social determinants of health like food insecurity and improve vaccine distribution, as well as help health centers in rural areas better engage migrant farmworkers about specific care gaps with 2-way messaging. Given California’s large Latinx population, we are excited to continue delivering new workflows and pre-written Spanish messaging content at or below a 6th-grade reading level to help staff optimize engagement with patients.
We are optimistic that this partnership with CPCA will help expand our ability to support additional millions of underserved patients in CA to access the healthcare they need and improve health outcomes during this challenging time.
“I look forward to CPCA’s renewed partnership with CareMessage, as we continue our efforts of connecting members to innovative solutions that can help them deliver outstanding care and improve the health of California’s diverse populations.”
