A new approach to tech.

CareMessage is leading a new class of tech non-profits aiming to solve meaningful problems at a scale never seen before.

We’ve adapted best practices from traditional SaaS and product-led organizations, to create both products and services that deliver healthcare transformation. However, unlike a number of scaled technology organizations, we ingrained diversity, equity and inclusion into every aspect of our work from the start.

Our unique perspective and approach, allow us to continue innovating on the technology we create and the way our organization runs. The only constant is change.

Collaboration

Solving health equity challenges requires collaboration across teams, with customers, and our target populations. To succeed, we must adopt a growth mindset, testing and validating our assumptions while viewing failures as opportunities to learn.

We've adapted best-practices from the tech world, and have given then a non-profit twist. This enables us to be effective in our approach to impact health equity for millions of people every year.

Remote Work

Our team members work wherever they like — their home, favorite coffee shop, or on the beach — during the hours that best suit their lifestyles.‍

We’ve found that remote employees have more freedom, increased productivity, and the ability to keep a healthy work-life balance. Being a fully remote team since 2019 has also empowered us to work with the best talent from all around the world including team members in Brazil, India, and the United States.
