Alaska Primary Care Association Selects CareMessage as a Preferred Partner for Patient Communication

Anchorage, Alaska — April 3, 2023
Alaska Primary Care Association has partnered with CareMessage- the leading patient activation and communication platform for safety-net healthcare organizations — to help achieve its goal of supporting members in offering quality, cost-effective care, and efficient operation.
APCA is Advancing Alaska’s Wellness with the support of vibrant and effective Community Health Centers and community partners to promote, expand and optimize access to primary care for people. Safety-net providers care for one in five Alaskans — approximately 117,000 patients annually.
By using the CareMessage platform, health center members of APCA will be able to improve their communication with patients, via more efficient and effective methods of patient communication compared to phone calls, mailed letters, and texting from the EHR.
“We are grateful for this opportunity to serve more health centers in Alaska,” said Vineet Singal, CEO and co-founder of CareMessage. “We look forward to helping APCA member organizations be efficient with their time and improve health outcomes for the patients in their care.”
