A Look Back at 2022
It’s been a busy and fun-filled year for the CareMessage team.
Earlier this week at our Customer Care Hour, we presented a wrap-up of this year’s product and content enhancements. It was great to hear from a customer at Kenosha Community Health Center, a Wisconsin-based FQHC: “I’ve been involved with CareMessage for 18 months and I’ve been really impressed with the way you take feedback from customers. It’s a great credit to your organization and much appreciated!”
We are so appreciative of our customers’ feedback, and happy about what we accomplished together this year. We can’t wait to help our customers to better manage patient messaging in 2023, and look forward to helping improve health outcomes for more patients!
In the first half of the year, a new and improved look created more consistency in the CareMessage application. This design upgrade is allowing us to accomplish faster and more replicable new feature designs. It also improved the accessibility of our product, and made it more intuitive for users.
Over the course of this year, we also focused on:
- Improvements to user views, patient profile information, and reporting- all designed with the goal of helping our users to streamline their work, thus saving them time
- Adding functionality to appointment reminders and follow-ups, making them increasingly customized and informative
- Updates to messaging templates, which enriched existing content, while improving patient engagement and ease-of-use for customers
- Continued assurance of our customers’ compliance with telecommunications requirements
Want more detail on any of the above? Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss how these enhancements can help to streamline workflows, while effectively prompting patients to action!
We have tons more work planned for 2023. We’ll continue to expand our capabilities for displaying helpful data and reporting within the application. Messaging patients in additional languages will be a key focus and goal. And you can expect some exciting news from us on expansion of our EMR/EHR integration offerings!
